Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Velora website, account service, and any early access product made available through your account. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and to review important actions before they run.
Effective August 15, 2026
The service
Velora is a developing workspace for coordinating supported AI models, agents, local runtimes, coding tools, and desktop actions. Features, compatibility, limits, and availability can change as the product develops. Product previews on the website may use temporary interface frames until final application screenshots are available.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your sign-in method, and activity performed through your account. Do not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls. Tell us through the website feedback form if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your responsibility for agent actions
You decide which models, tools, files, applications, and accounts Velora may access. You are responsible for reviewing plans, outputs, and approval requests before relying on them. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Do not use Velora as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions.
You must have permission to access the data and systems used in a workflow. You may not use Velora to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, obtain unauthorized access, evade security controls, or harm another person or service.
Third-party services
Models, providers, local runtimes, coding agents, Stripe, and other connected services are independent from Velora. Their own terms, policies, availability, and charges may apply. References to their names or marks identify intended compatibility only and do not mean that they sponsor or endorse Velora.
Pro plans and the founding offer
Current paid pricing is shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and continue for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. You can manage an active paid subscription from your Velora account page.
The founding offer provides 14 days of Pro to the first 1,000 eligible accounts. It does not require a payment card, has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Velora may refuse duplicate, automated, abusive, or fraudulent claims.
Velora and third-party rights
Velora’s name, software, website, and original visual identity are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. You keep ownership of material you provide, subject to the permissions needed to process it and deliver the service.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Velora disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.
Limits and changes
To the extent permitted by law, Velora is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the service or a connected third-party service. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only where lawful. We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means the revised terms apply.
