Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Velora website and account service handle, why it is needed, and the choices available to you. It also explains where connected AI providers fit into the picture.
Effective August 15, 2026
Information we collect
When you create an account, we receive account information such as your email address and the basic profile details returned by your chosen sign-in method. If you send feedback, we receive the message, the category you select, and an email address only when you choose to provide one. We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as request data, browser information, and service logs.
If you purchase Pro, Stripe processes your payment details. Velora receives billing identifiers, subscription status, and dates needed to provide access. Velora does not receive or store your full payment card number.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide Pro access, process billing events, respond to feedback, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information.
Connected models and tools
Velora can connect to third-party model providers, local runtimes, and coding tools that you choose. Information sent to a connected service is handled under that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. Velora does not claim ownership of those services and cannot control how an independent provider processes data. Review a provider’s settings and policies before sending sensitive material to it.
Eligible work sent to a local runtime such as Ollama can remain on your device, subject to the runtime, model, and configuration you select.
Service providers
Velora relies on service providers to run the website and account system. These currently include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and account data, and Stripe for paid billing. They process information on Velora’s behalf or as independent providers according to their agreements and policies.
Storage, retention, and security
Authentication may use browser storage or cookies to keep you signed in. We retain account, billing, feedback, and operational records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the product. We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You can choose not to provide optional feedback contact information. You can sign out to clear an active browser session. To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, use the feedback form on the homepage and include the email address associated with your account so the request can be verified.
Children and changes
Velora is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. We may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
